Joëlle Ursull is a French singer, actress, dancer and model of Guadeloupean origins. Before starting a solo career, she was part of the group Zouk Machine.
She represented France at the Eurovision Song Contest 1990 in Zagreb with the song White and Black Blues, finishing in joint second place with Liam Reilly of Ireland. The song peaked at #2 in France and remained on the chart for 26 weeks.
