Guildo Horn is a German singer who, together with his backing band Die Orthopädischen Strümpfe, represented Germany in the Eurovision Song Contest 1998 in Birmingham, performing the song "Guildo hat euch lleb!", which finished in seventh place.

In spite of not winning the Contest, he won the second Barbara Dex Award for the worst dressed competitor that year.

With the Olympic trampolining champion Anna Dogonadze and the referee Markus Merk, he was an ambassador for his native state of Rhineland-Palatinate for the 2006 FIFA World Cup.
