Frances Ruffelle is an English musical theatre actress and recording artist. She represented the United Kingdom in the Eurovision Song Contest 1994 in neighbouring country Ireland after having won A Song For Europe 1994.

She is best known for originating the role of Éponine in the West End production of the hit musical Les Misérables, coincidentally co-starring with 1978 Irish Eurovision representative Colm Wilkinson and 1992 UK representative Michael Ball. She would also go on to reprise her role in the original Broadway production of the show, earning her a Tony Award.
