Bob Benny, born Emilius Wagemans, was a Belgian singer and musical theater performer.
He was chosen to represent Belgium at the Eurovision Song Contest 1959 with the song Hou toch van mij. It was the final song of the night, and it placed 6th with 9 points.
He would return to the Eurovision stage two years later at the Eurovision Song Contest 1961, once again representing Belgium with the song September, gouden roos. This song, like the previous one, was performed eleventh. By the end of the night, it had placed joint last with Austria with 1 point.
Benny died in a nursing home in Sint-Niklaas on 29 March 2011.
