Are You Sure? was the United Kingdom's entry sent to the 1961 contest, and it was performed by the The Allisons. This duo was the third in the contest's history to be related.
On the night they performed 15th following Luxembourg and preceding Italy. At the close of voting they finished as runner-up - a feat that the nation had achieved for the third time in a row.
