Anouschka was Germany's entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 1967 in Vienna, composed by Hans Blum and performed by Inge Brück.

The song is a ballad, with Brück telling a friend ("little Anouschka") that "he" - presumably a former lover - will come back to her soon enough, and that she shouldn't cry.

In the final, the song was performed ninth, following Finland and preceding Belgium. At the close of voting, it had received 7 points, placing joint eighth.

Lyrics

Deine Augen, kleine Anouschka

Anouschka

Soviel Freude, kleine Anouschka
Euer Leben beginnt

Lalalala lalalala…
Lala lalalala…
Dann kommt er auch zurück
Denn er denkt an dich
Immer zu an dich

An dich

No need to cry, little Anouschka
He’ll come back, little Anouschka
When spring comes and the flowers bloom
He’ll be back with you

Your eyes, little Anouschka
Are full of tears, little Anouschka
But the world is big, the time passes by
And tears will be dried by the wind

If it’s true love
Everything will turn out fine
Then he will come back
Because he’s thinking of you
Always of you

Anouschka

So much joy, little Anouschka
You will have, little Anouschka
When spring comes and the flowers bloom
Your lives will begin

Lalalala lalalala…
Lalala lalala…
Then he will come back
Because he’s thinking of you
Always of you

Of you
